YYYYAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

I am so proud of myself! This is the biggest loss I have had in a week so far, and I can’t quite believe that I managed it. I have wanted for so long to learn to lose weight and control my eating on my own, and now that I am finally doing it, it feels so good.

I have done Slimming World a few times before, but attended group when doing so. But group, in my opinion, made it feel slightly competitive. And what would happen was, I would eat foods that I wasn’t even that fussed on, just to lose the weight I wanted for that week. I would then binge after weigh-in, and probably be off plan the following couple of days. I just wasn’t losing weight in a healthy and manageable way. I have also accepted the fact, that this will be a long journey, in order to really change my relationship with food.

FAVOURITE MEAL THIS WEEK: Spaghetti Bolognese (and it’s syn free!)

How has your week been? I hope you have had a good week, and if not, tomorrow is a new day! I would like to lose 2lbs this week, but my period is looming, so we shall see!
